Insect Identification Service
Have you found insects in your home and you are unsure what they are? We will identify them for you and, if appropriate, recommend products that may help you.
When you select this option we will send you a package which includes instructions on how to collect the unidentified insect, a plastic pot to place a few of the insects, a short and simple questionaire to help us understand the extent of the problem and a stamped, addressed envelope for you to return the insects to us.
On receipt we will identify what the insect is and email an answer to you. We will tell you whether the insect is a pest, if so, offer suggestions as to how to manage the problem.
If you have more than one, it would be helpful to us if you could send several examples in the same pot. Please make sure that the insects are dead and that they are as complete as possible. If we are unable to identify the insect we will provide you with a full refund.
Our offer of £19.99 applies to one species, if you have several different insects to identify and they are of different species, please enter the appropriate number in the purchase box.
