Have you found insects in your home and you are unsure what they are? We will identify them for you and, if appropriate, recommend products that may help you.

When you select this option we will send you in the post a plastic pot in which to place your sample and a stamped, addressed envelope for you to return the sample to us.

On receipt we will identify what the insect is and email an answer to you. We will tell you whether the insect is a pest, if so, how and offer suggestions as to how to address the pest issue.

Please make sure that the insect(s) is dead, that it is as complete as possible to aid identification. If you have more than one, it would be helpful to us if you could send several examples. If we are unable to identify the insect we will provide you with a full refund.

Our offer of £19.99 applies to one species, if you have several different insects to identify and they are of different species, please enter the appropriate number in the purchase box.

This service is limited to insects so please do not send us other animals by post
