When you select this option we will send you a package which includes instructions on how to collect the unidentified insect, a plastic pot in which to place the insect and a stamped, addressed envelope for you to return the insect to us.

On receipt we will identify what the insect is and email an answer to you. We will tell you whether the insect is a pest, if so, offer suggestions as to how to manage the problem.

Please make sure that the insect is dead and that it is as complete as possible. If you have more than one, it would be helpful to us if you could send several examples in the same pot. All this will help us identify the pest. If we are unable to identify the insect we will provide you with a full refund.

Our offer of £19.99 applies to one species, if you have several different insects to identify and they are of different species, please enter the appropriate number in the purchase box.
