A ready to use fruit fly trap, that reduces problems caused by this small fly by using a sweet smelling lure to attract them.

Fruit flies are normally a problem in the early autumn and can be found in the home in the vicinity of waste bins and draining board bins used to gather vegetable scraps for composting. They can also be found close to spilled wine or beer. Glass and aluminium can recycling boxes are particularly vulnerable(their presence is often accompanied by a vinegar smell, caused by the fruit flies oxidising the alcohol to acetic acid). Locate the traps close to these vulnerable places.
